1. Data Collection & Telemetry / 数据收集与遥测

To improve our service and optimize the user experience, PhotoColors collects limited, anonymized technical data (“Telemetry”). This data is stored securely on our encrypted cloud servers.

为了优化产品体验，PhotoColors 会收集有限的匿名技术数据（以下简称“遥测数据”）。这些数据被安全地存储在我们的加密云端服务器中。

• Photo Metadata (Not User Location) / 图片元数据（非用户位置）: We extract and collect anonymized metadata from the photos you select, such as camera model, dimensions, and coarse geographic coordinates.
  我们会从你选择的照片中提取匿名元数据，例如相机型号、尺寸以及模糊的地理位置信息。
• Device Identifiers & Usage / 设备标识符与使用情况: We collect the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) and hardware model for performance monitoring, anti-fraud analysis, and to manage daily usage quotas for free tier features.
  我们会收集供应商标识符 (IDFV) 和硬件型号，用于性能监控、防作弊分析，并用于管理免费版功能的每日使用限额。

2. Data We Do Not Collect / 我们不收集的数据

• No account or registration is required. / 无需注册账号。
• No personal identification information (Name, Email, etc.) is linked to your analysis events. / 分析事件不会关联任何个人身份信息。
• No advertising networks are used. / 不使用广告网络。

3. Photo Library Access / 照片库访问

PhotoColors requests access to your photo library for two purposes:

• Read access — to let you select a photo for color extraction. / 读取权限：用于选择照片以提取色彩。
• Write access — to save the composited image back to your library. / 写入权限：用于将生成的图片保存到相册。

Core image processing happens locally on your device. / 核心图像处理过程在您的设备上本地完成。

4. Subscriptions & Payments / 订阅与支付

If you choose to purchase a PhotoColors Pro subscription, the transaction will be processed by Apple via the App Store. PhotoColors does not collect or store your credit card or financial information. Apple provides us with anonymized transaction identifiers to confirm your subscription status.

如果您选择购买 PhotoColors Pro 订阅，交易将由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。PhotoColors 不会收集或存储您的信用卡或财务信息。Apple 会向我们提供匿名的交易标识符，以确认您的订阅状态。
